No image of underside and also no clear stipe visible so i don't want to guess incorrectly...

Though it can be something in family Ganodermataceae probably an old specimen...

Fungi/Mushrooms are really complex even more than plants and from only such images its impossible to identify them even upto family... 

It is just like trying to identify a tree only from its canopy shape or bark, with no flowers, no phyllotaxy and no fruits details etc... 

If it will have any underside view i can make try to identify it at least upto family/genus...
