Goldenrods, name given to species of Solidago, about 100 of them,
most of which are natives of North America, and few of Mexico, South
America, fewer of Eurasia. Cultivated goldenrods include: S. bicolor, S. caesia, S. canadensis, S. cutleri, S. riddellii, S. rigida, S. shortii, and S. virgaurea ... Wikipedia.
This is the only picture available; hence not keen on getting the ID of this Solidago. It was captured long back, when I got interested in photographing plants. I knew these goldenrods make their way into most of the flower bouquets. |
