I think this may be Ranunculus trilobus as per keys and illustration at Srivastava SK (2010) Revision of genus Ranunculus L.(Ranunculaceae) in India. Taiwania 55(3): 273-314. [Full text with line diagrams];

I think this is more closer to Ranunculus diffusus DC. as per comparative images at Ranunculus
