Tree for id from Nauni :: NS March 2020-04

Dear All,

This was found in cultivation, in Nauni, Himachal Pradesh.
Please suggest the specific id of this Annona, if possible with these pics, as fruits were not seen

To me also appears close to Annona squamosa as per comparative images at Annona‎ and Annonaceae
Leaves appears to be broader. It may be due to some better cultivar for production etc. and due to being a young plant.

Not Annona squamosus . This plant is  is different. .

Leaves are quite different in A.squamosus . I will post the pictures shortly..

Hi, Mahadeswara ji,
I have checked with other species at comparative images at Annona‎ and Annonaceae
Flowers match well with Annona squamosa and leaves are also the closest to this species.
As it was cultivated at Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, it be some cultivar with slightly broader leaves.

Pl. check leaves at Annona squamosa

The leaves confused me as such broad leaved trees of A.squamosa  are not seen here.  In fact we have these trees in our street.

It is Annona cherimola; native of South America; cultivated sporadically in India recently
