Thanks, Anuroopa ji.
I am not aware about the availability of these plants.
You may check observations and details at Convolvulus prostratus (syn. Convolvulus pluricaulis) and Canscora alata (syn. Canscora decussata), if it is of any help to you.

Dear Sir,
My self is Anuroopa G. Nadh, a Research Scholar from Kerala University doing PhD in Department of Computational Biology and Bioinformatics. My topic is to analyse ayurvedic formulations to find out a better solution for Alzheimer's disease. But one of the plant which i selected  is little bit confusing. So I requested help from Dr. E. S. Santhosh Kumar(TBGRI). He gave me your mail ID. Sir, my plant is known as "Shanghupushpi" as common name, but based on the literature survey it was understood that there are 4 varieties for the same plant.
1)Evolvulus alsinoides

2)Clitorea ternatea

3)Convolvulus pluricaulis

4)Canscora decussata

Sir, I got the first two samples(plants). But didn't get the 3rd and 4th( Convolvulus pluricaulis & Canscora decussata).I went to many ayurvedic shops and gardens, but what all they selling is the second one, Clitorea ternatea.Could you please give me your valuable suggestions on the availability of these species if it is known to you sir???

Please check online ayurvedic shops. The first two are used in South India and other two are mostly from North India.  In Clitorea ternatea there are many varieties.  In Kerala the ayurvedic preparations  white variety is used.  But need to check further for confirmation.  I have written an article on Aparajita (Clitorea ternatea) published in an English Daily  .  If you want to read I can send it..

All the four species mentioned  by Anuroopa ji in the first posting are shankupushpis  FOUND  in different regions.   For  persons in South India  Clitorea ternatea / Evolvulus alsenoides  are Shankupushpi while it is not for North India.

Exactly.. that is true sir...both of the first and second are abundant here. But 3rd and fourth are not found here. Enough literature is also not getting for the location of availability of the last two varieties...
