Please ID wild plant (growing in between Tulip), with regards, Sam.

Location: bloomed in The HIMALAYAS at Tulip Garden, Srinagar Jammu & Kashmir INDIA

Altitude: 5200fsl

Flower date: 14APR2023, 11.30am

Habitat: wild moisture wasteland

Plant habit: small herb, erect branches, weak hairy cylindrical stem 04mm base diameter, annual

Height: 02.5 feet

Leaves: whorled lengthy acute soft flexible curved margins, size upto:20×4mm

Flower: extra axillary buds, 05 petals, 05 sepals, diameter:15mm, yellow

Fruit: capsule green ovoid irregular spikes size:08×4mm

Seed:
