In summer, it is quite common along the water channels. In winter, it flowers sporadically.
Is it African Moss Daisy?

"hi, i have seen this plant, Eupatorium with pink flowers wild in south west France. There are other cultivated varieties with red leaves and white flowers and green leaves and blue flowers.
