Saw this yellow aster at Malhargad near Pune in July 2021 on a small hillock.

Suggestions on Facebook indicated Pentenema indica.

Requested to please validate.

I think looks close to images at Pulicaria wightiana C.B.Clarke

I too was inclined towards Pulicaria wightiana, however, could not make up my mind.
