Is it of Turneraceae family or Passifloraceae?
A recent study found that yellow alder potentiated the antibiotic activity against methicillin—resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). 

Very imp in medicine  S aureus has really become resistant and 

difficult to Rx
