This plant is a small tree/ shrub common in dry hill forests, I could
not find out the flowers or fruits, hence it is very difficult for me
to identify the plant, if any one can, please help me in
identification, leaves leathery, very thick, margin (spinulose),
serrature are as sharp as spines,

It may be Elaeodendron glaucum (= Cassine glauca) of Celastraceae.
