I had a question , since I saw this post , and I perused Hygrophila in EFI . 
Still a bit unclear .....What is the telltale difference between H. phlomidis and H. ringens ? 
Somewhere I read H. phlomidis has hairy leaves , H. ringens has not .( I think Flora of China ) . 
Here in Surat I have H. auriculata , recently I saw , I think H. polysperma , and H. ringens / phlomidis in need of being sorted out !!
