Please help with validating the Nepali names of Myristica fragrans Houtt.

Nutmeg (seed) = जाइफल् jaaiphal ... reference: Gernot Katzer’s Spice Pages

Mace (seed covering or aril) = जाइपत्रि jaaipatri... my guess
