Looks like Merremia aegyptica .

I was going to say I have never seen ipomea to be so wooly//hairy, Rohit.

then I walked away , when I came back there was this suggestion from Rakesh

makes perfect sense, even though the original picture is sort of fuzzy,

Merremia aegyptica can be highly hairy// wooly including stipules, leaves and even the flower bud.

hence it is called hairy woodrose.

On zooming in I could see 5 lobed leaf . And of course hairs . Lot of them .
