Dear members

I have received the attached photographs from a friend in Chennai with the following message :

"This is a common creeper here in Chennai seen along roads climbing on small bushes trees

Missed the flowering, only the fruits could be seen. Over a period of time there is heavy gall infection on leaves on this climber

Pl help in id"

For me this creeper is Ipomoea staphylina . Please confirm or suggest a new ID.
