"Looking at the un-opened flower buds and the leaves the plant has a resemblance to Lecithidaceae members (Careya sps.?)"

 

"Could be even a Clusiaceae member as the leaves have a resemblance to Canophyllum. Try to get a photograph of the fully opened flower."
