I would like to know what kind of grass is this and what is its name/
features.

It grows among many paddy fields, or rather wherever the water
stagnants much longer than required in paddy fields, is the area where
the grass grows. It has orange-like tips.

From the photo it appears to be a sps of Cyprus Grass, which is aquatic. You may notice the flowering stem is long, ( hollow ? ) and has branching at the top with 3 long leaves and small green or yellow seeds ( much like cereals, which are also grass seeds ). Would like a close up pix of the flowers or a description. There are many sps in this genus and many genera in the family.
