This shrub is very common. It has thorny branches.
Generally flowers are missed.  Plants with small white yellowish fruits are commonly observed.
First time I could spot this plant in flowering phase in last week of July.

It looks like Fluggea leucopyros [Securinega leucopyros] locally called Pandharphal.
