Leaves seem to have lateral veins, should be Cordyline as per FoC - http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=2&taxon_id=10507#KEY-1-28

It is not Dracaena fragrance, it is Cordyline, may be C. terminalis.
