Flora of Chakrata 2012: Euphorbia for Id

Dear All,

This herbaceous plant was shot from Chakrata-Budher caves road on May 17, 2012. Height about 50-60 cms, leaves in whorls around nodes...hope to get the identification...

Yes looks like E. wallichii, but long hairs on ovary are unusual.
