Please ID these yellow flowers captured at Rajgad near Pune in Dec 2014.
Are they Senecio edgworthii?

Interesting observations Alka ji
Often these plants  are neglected assuming to be Senecio.

The leaves here definitely look different which must be the differentiating character from the common Pentanema indicum

True, I observed these flowers as different only because at a particular place, they stood beside S. bombayensis and looked completely different.
Else I would have assumed them to be some Senecio...
For a layperson, the Senecios and the like are very difficult to identify/differentiate.
