A deciduous tree with pale grey bark with vertical rudges & palmately compound leaves, it's a beauty during flowering in March-April. Taken at Gardeen Reach, Kolkata in March'07. Many species of yellow Tabebuias like chrysantha, donnell-smithii are also grown in Kolkata causing a bit of confusion in its Id.
