Please ID wild plant, kind regards, Sam.

Location: Kodaikanal Tamil Nadu INDIA

Altitude: 7200fsl

Flower date: 09APR2024

Habitat: wild moisture misty sloppy wayside alpine 

Plant habit: shrub, erect/obliquely branches, semi hard cylindrical stem 05cm base diameter, tomentose greenish silver bark, perennial

Height: 02.5 meters

Leaves: opposite elliptic acute leathery serrated margins, size upto: 07×4cm

Flower: axillary/terminal spike inflorescence, clustered, diameter:05mm, orangish, non fragrant

Fruit: 

Seed:
