Dear Friends

I am really thrilled going through  the posting by Aarti ji and your id of this flower - Salvia leucantha 'Midnight'.
I found the same plant ( at least I seem so) in Uttaranchal, Mayabati in , wOctober 2010, where I was told the name as Hamiltonia - a garden flower.
As the pic was no clear - I did not send it for identification- but now the posting of Aarti ji reminds me of that flower.
I am posting the pic. please confirm my id.

Thanks

Dalia

Hamiltonia is a shrub from family Rubiaceae, a much different plant

The above plant is with white corolla as such typical Salvia leucantha
