I am re-forwarding the mail with ID number, which I had forgotten to do so.  Please ID the tree . The photographs were taken   in Mysore.

Thanks Mr. Anurag for  your quick reply.  The characters of  the tree posted by me do not tally with Duabanga grandiflora.    I appreciate your efforts to ID the tree and your interest in exploration of flora as a  graduate student.

It looks like Annonaceae....Closer to Cananga sp......
