A very small herb. Spreading like lawn. Leaves similar to Oxalis.
Seen at many places in manali as well as near Rohtang and in Lahaul.
I think somebody had recently posted similar plant.

I think it looks more like
Trifolium repens.
Family Fabaceae.
Wikipedia says that it is a species of clover native of North Africa Europe and West Asia and introduced elsewhere.
