Looks like Trigonotis microcarpa (Wall. ex A.DC.) Benth. ex C.B.Clarke

but did not find distribution.

We have Trigonotis tibetica And T.rotundifolia in kashmir.

It matches with Trigonotis microcarpa.

Could not find a match with Trigonotis species.

Maybe Cynoglossum zeylanicum (Lehm.) Brand as per images and details herein.
