Dear Saroj ji,
Ooty Botanical Garden in Tamil Nadu is a high altitude (2500msl) conservation area of rich biodiversity, having many Himalayan plants with flowers.  My plant is very close to T. foliolosum reported from the Himalayas.  Please check the attached screenshots.
With regards, Sam.

Dear Saroj ji,
Your observation is correct, it is growing as accidently wild with other wild species, and at present it is not a conserved plant.  But I think there was a mother plant which is growing as conserved.
With kind regards, Sam.
