Pl. post a close up image of the flowers.

It appears to be Elatostema cuspidatum Wight (syn: Elatostema sessile var. cuspidatum (Wight) Wedd.) as per POWO reported as Elatostema sessile in FoPI (as this is not shown any distribution here as per POWO (similar images given here are of Elatostema cuspidatum).
