So let me confuse you guys more.
There is a monograph on Cymbidium by Puy and Cribb
They write:
Side lobes of the lip not exceeding the column, and anther cap, obtuse to sub-acute, finely mottled with maroon or red-brown -------- C. bicolor.
Side lobes of the lip longer than the column and anther cap, acute, veined with maroon ------------------------------------------------------------C. aloifolium
So lets follow this from now on and change the labels accordingly.
Here the side lobes are not exceeding the column and anther cap.... so this should be C. bicolor.
Below side lobes of lip is exceeding the column and anther cap so this should be C. aloifolium.
