Sending photo of an ornamental in office garden. Is it some species of Acanthus. Please help in identification.

Looks like Beloperone guttata but also looks like JUSTICIA BRANDEGEANA are they synonymous or is there any difference

Yes Amit ji, you are correct on both counts. Beloperone  is synonym of Justicia Brandegeana, which was uploaded today separately today by Prashant ji from India and me from California

This plant seems to be the cultivar of Justicia Brandegeana known as 'Yellow Queen', common name Yellow Shrimp plant
