POWO gives its distribution as E. India, S. China to Indo-China, Nansei-shotō (Iriomote-jima).

It is also not reported in the Flora of Peninsular India. 

We are still to find keys for species found on Peninsular India.

At the top, it gives "The native range of this species is E. India, S. China to Indo-China, Nansei-shotō (Iriomote-jima). It is a holomycotrophic annual and grows primarily in the subtropical biome."

Any further development?
