SONCHUS OLERACEUS FROM SRINAGAR

Dear Members,

Am posting photos of  what I believe is the herb Sonchus oleraceus which is very common in fields of Srinagar. The photos were taken in Nov-Dec 2022.Confirmation of I.D. is requested

It has a hollow stem which exudes milky latex when cut. The leaf base is clasping with pointed auricles. the upper part of stem has glandular hairs i.e hairs with round glands at tip(See Photo)
