Thanks! it may well be Solanum viarum (Syn..Solanum khasianum var.
chatterjeeanum ).

Exactly... But for Solanum khasianum var. chatterjeeanum .. they say the fruit is red... As the fruit observed is greenish yellow with strips.., I think, yours is Solanum viarum var. viarum
But I dont have any reference for that.. If anyone has... please do perly..
