I think its Chamrod (Ehretia laevis), very common at Delhi Ridge. It has knobbly trunk & is part of Delhi's native flora. It's fruit is in bunch of small orange berries.
It's always better to give tree's trunk, overall look etc. alongwith the leaves & flowers for better Id, if possible.
