The leaves appear to be pinnately compound. It reminds me rather of Engelhardia [Juglandaceae].

Well, I have seen Engelhardia spicata with leaves similar to the ones you have posted. The leaves of this tree are known to exhibit a wide range of conspecific variations. The variation is not limited to the shape alone, the leaves can be paripinnate as well as imparipinnate.

But I do reserve the right to be wrong and it may well be something else!
