On Flowersofindia, there are two similar looking Plumerias, both having common name as Narrow Petal Frangipani.

As per this link http://www.frangipanitrees.com.au/buy/more-frangipanis-st102-frangipani-stenophylla-p-547.html the photo could be P. stenophylla. Even the toptropicals.com website link also supports the ID http://toptropicals.com/cgi-bin/garden_catalog/cat.cgi?uid=PLUMERIA_STENOPHYLLA&comments=1- from Mahadeswara ji.

There some difference in the shape of petals and the flower bunch pattern of these P. vars and the one in Question.

Plumeria filifolia, with long narrow leaves, seems correct to me.
