Alysicarpus sp?? But does not look like matching with two sp 
listed in Nepal .

This is one of the form of Alysicarpus sanjappae, it is procumbent, but shows erect habit due to support of grasses. Identify by height 30 cm, pods slightly exerted from calyx, inflorescence dense, pods transversely wrinkled. I am happy to suggest you this is new report of this species and it extends it distribution.

Common name: Bracted Alyce Clover 
Botanical name:  Alysicarpus glumaceus    Family: Fabaceae (Pea family)
Synonyms: Hedysarum glumaceum, Hedysarum violaceum

Bracted Alyce Clover is an erect herb, sparsely frilly hairy. Leaves are 2.5-7.5 x 1-1.5 cm, oblong-elliptic, tip pointed, mucronate, base heart-shaped, erect pilose below. Leaf stalks up to 1 cm, stipules 2, 1.1 cm, blade elliptic, long-pointed, membranous. Flowers are borne in axillary and terminal racemes 6-7 cm, congested, carriedon stalks 3 mm. Bracts are 7 x 4 mm, ovate, calyx deeply 4-lobed, upper 2 cleft, tube 2 mm, lobes 4.5 and 5.5 mm, standard petal 4.5 x 2.5 mm, wing 4 x 0.5 mm, keels 4 mm. Stamen sheath is 4 mm. Pod is usually 1-3 jointed, to 6 mm, transversally rugose, apex with triangular cap; fruiting calyx 1.1 x 0.2 cm. Bracted Alyce Clover is found in Paleotropics, and South India. Flowering: September-December.
