Came across this tree about 25 ft tall in Mumbai. Fruit is collected from the ground. Can anyone help?

Hi,
Primarily seems to be from Sapinadaceae family. I think. Plant photo
may be helpful.

It is Hevea brassilensis (H.B.K.) Muell.-Arg. (Rubber Tree)
Family : Euphorbiaceae
Native of Brazil.
