Hi Kiran
Cissus woodrowii
A woody shrub from Vitaceae (vine)family.(Look at the leaves ...similar to grape vine)
A common woody shrub of Western ghats,Deccan. With the first showers of monsoon, I have been observing that suddenly shoots of this plant appear from the grounds with an inflorescence. There after the shrub starts growing in size. It often attracts the attention throughout monsoon as it is one of the plants having very big size leaves similar to Teak tree.To observe the flowers you have to wait for the next monsoon season. I have done this since last monsoon but still couldn't get good pictures of the flowers which are very tiny and green but in in big inflorescence.

Dear Garg ji,
I am surprised that this tree is flowering now. In Central India Chironji flowers in early summer and fruit is harvested in late summer. infact Chironji is one of the major minor forest product for the villagers.
