It is Millingtonia hortensis (Indian cork tree). It has two seasons of flowering. This is the peak season (till December) The sweet smelling flowers fall off and form a beautiful carpet around the tree.

This tree seems to be Milligtonia hortesis.

i.e. Indian cork tree

white hanging/droopng flowers .

flowering in oct month. generally flowers at night time.
