what  a nice example pf plants spreading by throwing out runners which root and leaf out and even flower Your first picture above ahows two new plantlets, one even has flowered, away from the mother plant in picture 3.

I thinks its launaea taraxacifolia or lactuala taraxacifolia or I like the name Sonchus taraxacifolia.

(ref. Bengal Plants / Prain; Botany of Bihar & Orissa / Haines)
  • stems stoloniform, rooting at nodes; heads solitary or clustered at nodes = L. pinnatifida Cass. [Prenanthes aspleniifolia of Flora Indica, partly]
  • heads terminal or racemose on the paniculately branched flowering stem = L. aspleniifolia Hook. f. (DC. in FBI and BoBO) [Prenanthes aspleniifolia of Flora Indica, partly]
This is, i think, Launaea sarmentosa (Willd.) Sch.Bip. ex Kuntze (accepted name of L. pinnatifida Cass.); distributed in sand dunes of coastal area.

Thank you
