Another confusion for me. Is this a terrestrial orchid?

Dear Members,

I got this plant in Panchmari, M.P. on 02/09/2019.

Habitat: Along the pathway. Only one was seen in that area.

This is the only picture I have. Sorry.

Need some help to identify this plant.

If I had to guess, this is Peristylus constrictus. But cant be confirmed without flowers.

If you look properly in your image, I think I see at least 4 plants. For sure 2.

So there should be more plants around.
