Phishing mail sent from my gmail look-alike ID

Dear Garg ji, and friends,
Please note that you may receive a fake mail that looks like it was sent from my gmail ID. However on checking closely, it will be from dinesh.vallke (double L) in the surname part of the ID.

In brief, the mail states that I am on my way to California because I have become a grandparent, and I am stuck at the airport due to lack of money to pay excess baggage and so on.

PLEASE IGNORE THE MAIL; DO NOT REPLY OR DOWNLOAD ANY ATTACHMENTS.
It is some phishing mail.

I am sending a mail to Gmail support regarding this matter; hope they block mails from that spurious ID
