Yes, Garg ji, it does look different from flowers / fruits of Pergularia daemia ... but I am not able to guess.
I am not sure whether it has something to do with premature dying of the plant - whether the dried structures are buds / flowers. I am not confident.
At other spots in the park, the climbers on Cryptostegia grandiflora was only Pergularia daemia - I must be mistaking.

Yes, Garg ji, it does look different from flowers / fruits of Pergularia daemia ... but I am not able to guess.

I have not seen Ipomoea turpethum (syn of Operculina turpethum) in this manner; could be I have missed such sight.

Thanks Nidhan ji for the pointing to possibility of Merremia aegyptia.
It may be very well possible, if we especially check the last picture, I think it shows a dried palmate leaf.
I hope someone validates your thought.
