Identification of plant.

Dear Sir ,

In our society since rainy season I am observing a small reddish plant in our club house railings. Few days back got chance to have a closer look. I think it is Ludwigia octovalvis ???? Few small saplings are also observed around our garden.

PLease confirm.

I think closer to Ludwigia octovalvis (Jacq.) P.H.Raven as per comparative images at

I think Ludwigia erecta (L.) Hara is not reported from India as per CoL
