Could someone identify this herb/shrub (not sure) please?

Location: Place, Altitude, GPS Chethalayam, Wayanad.
Habitat: Garden, Urban, Wild Type: Wild
Plant Habit: Tree, Shrub, Climber, Herb Herb
Height, Length. 2.5’
Leaves Type, Shape, Size
Inflorescence Type Size
Flowers Size Colour Calyx Bracts-
Fruits Type, Shape, Size Seeds
Other Information like Frangrance, Pollinator, Uses.

Type: Lectotype = "Eupatoria Conyzoides folio molli & incano,
capitulis magnis, Americana" in Plukenet, Phytographia, t. 177, f. 3,
1692
Typotype: Herb. Sloane 96: 25 (BM-SL)

the attached picture is not a type. Infact type again goes back to
references 60 years before Species Plantarum.
