This tree in full bloom. the Flowers attracted many butterflies.

Hi

The tree in picture seems to be Alstonia scholaris. However if you
could write a few details regarding the trunk, the leaves and the
flowers then identifying will be more accurate as the pic show a
pretty butterfly but very less details of the tree in question.

Tree looks like Rutaceae member. Flowers not clear.

The butterfly in the picture looks like the Common Crow.
