Garg Ji,
All the ids given by these Master Gardeners are not correct.
Only a couple of them have botanical knowledge.
These are Senior Citizens doing voluntary work.

also remember its a new botanical garden, Aarti
and may not have botanists giving them training as they do in many long established botanical gardens
where volunteers are given regular training lectures

Yes Mr. Garg . Main problem for ID is very low quality of image as 
well as not showing multiple aspects of the sp.
