Very nice collection. One more request, can someone get the comb in the flower nice and clear in picture? its a key character easily separating from Fabaceae by naked eye. and also fruits which are characteristic

Geetaji why do you think it P.erioptera? To me it just appears to be P. persicarifolia only.

let me try,
erio-wooly ptero-winged (so looks like erioptera- wooly winged)
persicari - the name for Polygonums  folia -leaved (having leaves like
Persicaria=Polygonum:
and Persicaria is a Medieval name referring to the likeness of the
leaves to a peach tree,
I can't find what the author had in mind when they gave this name,
probably you have to check etymology by finding original reference )

I do agree with you .It is Polygala perrsicarifolia. (Ref -- Flora of Maharashtra. Dr. Almeda. Vol 1 page-70--71).

Regarding the comb in corolla...........Most of the pictures have it clear but nicely visible only on zooming it or observing it in full frame.
That was the reason I liked the family and thought of compiling the info.
