erio-wooly ptero-winged (so looks like erioptera- wooly winged)
persicari - the name for Polygonums folia -leaved (having leaves like
Persicaria=Polygonum:
and Persicaria is a Medieval name referring to the likeness of the
leaves to a peach tree,
I can't find what the author had in mind when they gave this name,
probably you have to check etymology by finding original reference )
