Furcraea foetida (L.) Haw. 'Mediopicta'     (syn: F. gigantea Vent. 'variegata') from Delhi, An American plant recently introduced and now commonly grown in rockeries and corners in Delhi.

Great Looking Plant It's also frequently planted in gardens around Kolkata too.
